The understanding and responsiveness of the hotel management were impressive, as they promptly moved us to a new, more soundproof room after our first night.The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis of style and glamour, with a stunning pool area that exudes sophistication. Despite the restaurant being closed, the staff went above and beyond to arrange a delicious meal for us, showcasing their dedication to exceptional service. The buffet breakfast was a delight, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes that left us eager to try more.While Hotel Luna Riccione is not aimed at families, even our little boy was enchanted by the surroundings and didn't want to leave. It's the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a refined business stay.
